Pro Event Services approached Square Socket and asked us to help them launch a new luxury furniture exhibition business. The event is held at Sandown Park and was targeted to attract small high end furniture design businesses and high net worth individuals. We developed two sites, the first to sell stands, the second to sell tickets and we built in an affiliate marketing platform to track conversions and reward influencers.Back to Work

We built a hidden exhibitor portal to market the event to furniture businesses and sell exhibition stands
The site takes a downpayment of 50% and then later sends an invoice for the balance
To keep prices down the site transacts via Stripe. Stripe charges only 20p + 1.4%.
We built a second website to sell tickets
The site sends out branded HTML emails
The tickets are barcoded and can be scanned at the gate
Exhibition stand holders are provided with unique URLs which drop cookies and allow us to identify where the traffic comes from, if that visitor buys a ticket then that retailer is assigned a commission.
We integrate MailChimp with the site
We set up G Suite and designed their email footers
