We had to rescue the Make It Farnham project. Another agency had built it and it was behind schedule, over budget and there were multiple broken and suboptimal functions as simple as: events not being ordered by date; past events appearing at the top of the event feed; misleading navigation; and the site loading very slowly. The homepage took 8s to load and weeks were turning into months with no clear resolution in sight and the client was starting to despair. We were brought in to rescue the project.

Farnham happens to be the town where our director grew up so we took this one personally. We reviewed the site under development and decided it was such a mess it would be better to start from scratch. We rebuilt the whole website in just one week. Including all of the functional issues that the other agency had failed to resolve, and our site consistently loads in well under 1s.
