Description

VIP Assist approached Square Socket to solve an issue that they had with pricing. There are so many variables in coming up with a final price, and so many unique variables at each airport that no off the shelf booking system software could automate bookings. Resulting in large amount of manual admin that put great stress on management. We built a extensive booking system with unique variables for each airport, travel type, duration, service level, number of travellers and which included a standalone or bolt on by the mile or by the hour chauffer service.

VIP Assist is a luxury airport meet and greet service that includes use of the Heathrow Windsor Suite and a fleet of prestige cars. Based out of Heathrow they provide services globally but with special focus on the UK and French markets.
